How much does a session cost?
Individual counseling: $150 per 50-minute session
Sessions are in-person at Bellevue WA, or online (WA state residents only)
Do you offer sliding scale?
Yes, I reserve a number of spots in my practice for sliding scale. Please contact me for availability if you need.
Do you take insurance?
Yes, I can accept Premera, Lifewise, Anthem, and some BCBS plans. I will ask for your insurance information to verify before we start working together.
With any other insurance, I can provide superbills. Depending on your insurance coverage, when you submit a superbill to your insurance company, you might be eligible for reimbursement for out-of-network services.
Here are some questions you could ask your insurance to find out:
- Do I have any coverage for mental health counseling with an out-of-network provider? What is the deductible, if any, I have to meet before the plan pays?
- My provider is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate, LMHCA. She told me she is an associate level provider working towards full licensure. If I provide a superbill from this provider, will I be able to get reimbursed for out-of-network services?
- How do I submit a superbill? How will I get reimbursed?
